Grass Removal Rebate
Receive $2.00 for each square foot of grass removed and replaced with water-efficient landscaping.
Irrigation
Rewards homeowners up to $500 for the conversion of spray zones to high efficiency spray nozzles, micro drip systems, capping a zone and replacing a traditional controller with a Smart Water Application Technology (SWAT) controller.
Smart Controller
Receive up to $75 when you purchase an eligible WaterSense smart controller.
Toilet Replacement
Receive up to $100 when you replace an old toilet with a WaterSense-labeled toilet.
Commercial Equipment
Rewards business owners 50-percent of the cost on air-cooled equipment and WaterSense plumbing fixtures, and the full cost of select pre-rinse spray valves.
High-Efficiency Washer
Receive up to $300 for multi-family property owners who purchase new, qualifying high-efficiency washing machines.
