Separate sealed bids for Leeds Waterline Replacement – Waterline Materials will be received by the Washington County Water Conservancy District (district) at its office at 533 E Waterworks Drive, St. George, Utah 84770, until 2:00 pm, October 24, 2022, and at that time, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the district office on Friday, October 14, 2022 at 2:00 pm.
The project consists of suppling pipe and other waterline materials for a transmission waterline replacement project in Leeds, Utah.

Bidders must be on the plan holders list to submit a bid. Copies of the Contract Documents and Specifications may be examined and/or obtained via email.

Separate sealed bids for the North Dam to West Dam Pipeline Project Materials Supply will be received by the Washington County Water Conservancy District (district) at its office, 533 E Waterworks Drive, St. George, Utah 84770, until 4:00 p.m. on October 25, 2022, and at that time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The project will consist of furnishing approximately 10,400 lineal feet of 24” 200 psi ductile iron pipe, 80 lineal feet of 20” 250 psi ductile iron pipe, 100 feet of 18” 250 psi ductile iron pipe, various sized ductile iron restrained joint fittings, various sized double eccentric butterfly valves, and 3” air/vacuum valve assemblies and appurtenances.
The project is located adjacent to Sand Hollow Reservoir approximately 10 miles northeast of St. George, Utah.
Copies of the Contract Documents and Specifications may be examined and/or obtained at Alpha Engineering, 43 South 100 East, Suite 100, St. George, Utah, 84770 or by telephone 435.628.6500. Bidders are required to purchase a set of the contract documents from Alpha Engineering for $75 per printed set or $35 for an electronic PDF file sent via email or on compact disc, no part of which is refundable.
